A Indian choker necklace handcrafted in gold. The central unit is a kundan-set hexagon, housing a six-petaled rosette and small leaves, all dressed in polki/uncut diamonds using, and is painted in blue khula meena painted using the champlevé meenakari technique of the Jaipur Gharana (school). A line of seed pearls borders the heaxagon using chakkar-pirai.
The hexagon is surrounded by intricately designed elements, all kundan-set with diamonds and other colored gemstones. Four parallel lines of twisted strands of seed pearls hold the central unit in place, crafted using pirai, the craft of stringing beads using thin gold wire.
